The SITE FIGHTS time is

1. It is required by the team that each person should at least vote for themselves. If a site goes three consecutive days without receiving a vote that site will be disqualified for non-support. We also request that in the spirit of team competition that you visit the other sites and support as many as you have time for.

1a. There has been a rumor circulating thru out The Site Fights for longer than I have been associated with TSF. That rumor says that a vote doesn't count until the scores from the previous days competition are posted. I can tell you that this rumor is false. All votes are counted and It doesn't matter if the scores are posted or not. All votes have a date and time that they were sent in. Therefore we can distinguish the date and time that a vote was cast. I try very hard to post the scores thru the week by 12 am and on Saturday by 10 am but if you don't see the scores posted please go ahead and vote anyway.

2. In the unlikely event that there is a dispute between two or more sites, the problem is to be brought to the immediate attention of the Legends Team Leaders or their Team assistants. We can be reached at DErin@thesitefights.com. DFire can be reached at DFire@thesitefights.com.  The team officials will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly and as fairly as possible.

3. There will be no site bashing tolerated by any site competing on the Legends team. This not only applies to other sites on the Legends, but also to any site on any team competing in the The Site Fights. Any incidents of site bashing will be grounds for immediate disqualification. If your site or you personally are the object of site bashing or threats of any kind from any other site, you should notify DErin or one of her Co-Leaders immediately. If we don't know about the problem we can not take the steps necessary to resolve the problem.

4. While TSF only requires a link to the Site Fights, the Legends require a link to both The Site Fights and to the Legends. All new sites begin competition in the West 1. You are required to have a minimum of votes each day to qualify in the West 1 and your links must be in place before you will be allowed to advance to the Stage. If your site receives the required votes each day you will receive a "Cowboy Hat" in the score box for that day. If they do not you will receive an "~" in the score box for that day. If at the end of the week you have qualified at least 4 days out of 6 and you have the required links posted your site will receive a "Hat" in the score box.

5. When we receive notification from The Site Fights of a sites impending competition, at times there is a mistake in the url for the competing sites. We make every effort to find and correct the mistake. But if we are unable to find and correct the mistake and we notify the site in question via email of the incorrect information that we have received and the owner of the site doesn't respond with the correct information by 6 PM on Sunday prior to the start of competition then the site will not be posted for competition that week. If I receive the correct information any time during the following week the site in question can start on the following Monday. If the information comes after the deadline which I have set then the site will have to re-apply to the Site Fights to compete.

6. When posting cheers in Shout It Out any kind of derogatory remarks to or about the other teams will not be tolerated. We are here to have fun and compete in a friendly manner and those kind of remarks tend to alienate us from the other teams. We need their support and they need ours. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

7. Graphics are needed by Dman to post in the Dome when a site reaches that stage of competition. It is the responsibility of the fighter to see that Dman has a banner to be included on those pages. If you do not have one and need to get one made, my assistants will be happy to make one to the proper specifications.
