I have attached a animated arrow for you
drag and drop the arrow to the steps to follow it closely

The following is how a page can be set up if you would like to use the bordered backgrounds. The vertical spacer keeps the text away from the border allowing more precision in setting up text & graphics. You can download the spacer here.

This is the example code for setting up a bordered background.

<html>
<head> BR> <title> Title of Page </title>
</head>
<body background="name-of-bg.jpg"
bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000"
link="#0000FF"vlink="#FF0000"
alink="#FFFFFF">
<table>
<tr><td valign=left align=top><img src="vspacer.gif"
height=1 width=125></td>
<td valign=left align=top width=100%>
<!--INSERT PAGE CONTENT HERE-->
</td></tr></table>
</body></html>

Copy and then paste the code the way it is into your html file before you have added anything at all! Unzip the vspacer and place it in the same directory as your html file and upload it to your own server as well. If you don't the vspacer appears as a broken image.

Now you should be able to work with bordered backgrounds without having the text running into the border.
